Yes, His goodness leads us to repentance. Yes, His mercies are new every morning. Yes, He is the God of second chances, of third chances and infinitely many chances. Yes, He does not remember our si. Yes, he gave us everything…

But as one gets to know Him.. you get to know that it’s more than that. Because, as Monk and Neagle aptly put it, “Though you accept me as I am, You deserve more than that.”

I asked this question a few days back while am on one of my daily commutes to and from law school. You see, God has a way of taking the mundane and turn it into something magnificent. And when He does that it leaves us breathless, in awe of who He is.

Todays is the real first day of school. I just finished the reading assignment for Corporation Law yet I still feel that I’m out of my element. But this quandary I’m in reminded me of the simple truth that when I am weak, He is strong--He is my Rock when I’m in a hard place.

Job 38:1-41
(1) Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said:
(2) “Who is this who darkens counsel By words without knowledge?
(3) Now prepare yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer Me.

Yesterday was be the fastest reg. process I’ve been through. I can’t believe I finished registering (including payment) in less than two hours whereas in the past such feat was uneard of! So, whoever is responsible for the revamp of the reg process, you have my utmost thanks.

Grades for Evidence (Avena), PIL (Leonen), and Tax (Salvardor) are already out. So far, so good. God is good. Very good =)

Only the truth would suffice. Only total devotion would do. There are no shortcuts to this love. And when I look at it I say, “This is all beyond me.” This, my friends, is where I end and where He takes over.

I finally got my license renewed today. This also marks the end of my right to use the official excuse, “Wala akong lisensya mama eh.” Against my better judgment, I’ve got my shiny new driver’s license a funky-looking sleeve sold at 20 bucks a piece:
